Sensor Fusion with io√Bus and Increased in Productivity for the Agricultural Segment

With the installation and fusion of information from the sensors in the sugarcane transshipment, which transform it into a “moving weight balance”, in addition to the edge processing and transmission of data filtered by the io√Bus modem, located in the tractor, with information crossing geoprocessed maps from the ArcGIS base, it is possible to present a platform with a graphical interface (dashboards) and availability for API calls in our system. In io√Weight sensors, processing is carried out at the edge (sensors and modems) that monitor, detect the variables being measured, exchange information via Bluetooth, and connect to the GSM/4G network, on a customized platform capable of performing advanced geoprocessing calculations and interfaces via API calls, enabling the manager to make quick decisions, aiming at reducing operating costs and productivity gains, translated into greater competitiveness in the market.

i. Online productivity (ton/hour) by field and farm

ii. Optimization of the number of maneuvers and time from the field to processing plant

iii. Reduced downtime, increased productivity

iv. Production index and failures online; plan renovation and fertilization

In addition, important Times (displacement and maneuvers) and Events (start and end of activities and maneuvers) are recorded and scheduled in the dashboard and API for advanced integrations.
